Everise is seeking a customer-focused professional to handle inbound calls for our clients’ members from a remote home-based setup. You will gather customer information, assess needs, and educate customers about products and services while meeting client metrics.

The role emphasizes compassionate service, especially for senior customers, with a strong emphasis on process efficiency, integrity, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
• Meet or exceed client performance metrics
• Maintain policy adherence while considering client benefits
• Identify opportunities to improve processes for clients and customers
• Document customer information as required
• Support a dedicated area to work from in your home
• Provide exceptional service to all customers, with emphasis on seniors
• Identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services
• Demonstrate integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
