Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related disciplines such as Finance, Supply Management, Economics, Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 7+ years of professional experience in Supply Management, Procurement, or IT Business Office roles.
• Experience overseeing IT services and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of the IT marketplace, terminology and industry norms.
• Experience with IT services SOWs and managed services agreements.
• Adept negotiation skills with pay-for-performance and risk-sharing.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration and influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT Strategic Procurement to align demands with IT, business clients, and leadership.
• Manage a portfolio of suppliers including agreements, renewals, and third-party risk.
• Develop relationships with clients and influence procurement strategies.
• Lead category strategies to control costs and ensure supply continuity.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and renewals with internal partners.
• Negotiate statements of work and ordering documents with clients and suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate third-party agreement risk with internal partners.
• Collaborate with CIO, IT leaders, and project teams on spend and procurement timelines.
• Engage in Supply Management processes including SOBRA, TPRM, SAB, Risk Council, and P&L improvement.
• Contribute to business cases and project procurement planning.
