Job summary

HighSpring India LLP is seeking a Functional Analyst- Supply Chain to work remotely with global stakeholders. You will analyze end-to-end supply chain processes, define requirements, and translate them into effective configurations within Dynamics 365.

You will lead agile delivery, manage user stories, support testing (SIT/UAT), and collaborate with teams across business and IT to drive process improvements and platform optimizations using Power Platform and Co-Pilot.

Qualifications

• Must understand end-to-end supply chain processes including source-to-pay, invoicing, vendor management.
• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations in Dynamics 365 and related modules.
• Experience collaborating in Agile delivery environments and managing user stories.

Job description

Role: Functional Analyst- Supply Chain

Job Type: FT

Location: 100% remote

Timings: 2.00pm to 11.00pm IST

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Responsibilities

• Work with Supply Chain stakeholders to understand end-to-end processes (e.g. source-to-pay, invoice processing, vendor management), capturing requirements and ensuring clear alignment on business needs.
• Analyse and improve business processes, identifying opportunities to optimise workflows through Dynamics 365, associated modules, and ISV solutions.
• Lead the definition and prioritisation of requirements, ensuring they are clearly documented, agreed, and maintained throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience working with Supply Chain processes
• Proven experience working with core Supply Chain processes
• Experience configuring and supporting enterprise systems, particularly Dynamics 365 and associated modules or ISVs
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions and configurations
• Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban), supporting iterative delivery, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing Features, User Stories, and other Agile artefacts using Azure DevOps or similar Agile delivery tools
• Experience supporting testing activities (SIT/UAT)and managing defects through to resolution
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Dynamics Supply Chain solutions,with experience in Power Platform and Co-Pilot being highly beneficial.
• Understanding and practical application ofSAFe Agile methodology, with experience working within scaled Agile environments, supporting programme-level delivery, and collaborating across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Power Platform experience & want someone who understands the business side, identifies improvements, and helps implement process changes.
