Responsibilities

• Administers, monitors, and supports enterprise SaaS and cloud-based business applications including JAGGAER, Concur, and AppZen.
• Triage and respond to support requests via ServiceNow, email, and other channels.
• Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, testing, and system changes.
• Collaborate with ITS, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and coordinate changes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.
• Develop and execute test scripts and document results, including user acceptance testing.
