• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with application management and vendor management.
• Strong project or program support experience.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business teams, IT, and vendors for applications.
• Configure, administer, and maintain business applications and user access.
• Coordinate enhancements, updates, and releases aligned with priorities.
• Draft process flows, SOPs, user stories, and documentation.
• Lead requirements sessions, conduct UAT, and validate results.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and coordinate vendor resolutions.
• Monitor performance, gather feedback, and drive improvements.
• Support vendor onboarding and manage relationships.
