Allied Benefit Systems seeks a Business Applications Analyst to lead administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our business application portfolio. You will partner with business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to design workflows, manage access, support implementations, and ensure applications meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Experience with Application Management and Vendor Management.
• Strong project or program support experience.
• Ability to gather and document requirements and translate into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business teams, IT, and vendors for assigned applications.
• Configure, administer, and maintain business applications including workflow design and user access.
• Manage enhancements, updates, and releases aligned with business priorities.
• Gather and document requirements for enhancements and integrations.
• Coordinate UAT, test planning, defect tracking, and validation of requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues, respond to tickets, and drive timely resolutions with vendors.
