Job summary

University of Southern California is seeking an IT Business Analyst – Business Applications to administer and support enterprise SaaS in its procure-to-pay (P2P) environment, including JAGGAER, Concur, and AppZen. You will configure, monitor, troubleshoot, test, and coordinate integrations, serving as a bridge between Business Services, ITS, users, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and/or supporting SaaS/cloud-based enterprise apps.
• Experience supporting procure-to-pay (P2P) and travel/expense processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot enterprise app issues and investigate system errors.
• Coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and partners.
• Experience supporting enhancements, upgrades, testing, and changes.

Responsibilities

• Administers and supports enterprise SaaS and cloud-based business apps in the P2P portfolio.
• Monitors health, investigates failed transactions, ensures comms between systems.
• Troubleshoots app, access, transaction, and integration issues.
• Coordinates resolution and communicates with stakeholders and teams.
• Gathers requirements and translates them into effective application solutions.
• Develops and executes test scripts and UAT; tracks defects.
