You will work as the IT Business Partner for registrar, clinical rotations, bursar, and financial aid, ensuring student-facing systems meet business needs. The position offers remote work with occasional travel and a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Three+ years in Student Operations or registrar-related work.
• Ability to define requirements and acceptance criteria for IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve student operation processes and lead discovery.
• Document current and future state processes with root-cause analysis.
• Write clear requirements and acceptance criteria for Development and QA.
• Maintain visibility of status, risks, dependencies, and next actions.
• Provide analysis of business value, effort, and risk for prioritization.
• Support UAT and confirm delivered work achieves outcomes.
• Assess production changes and inform stakeholders before go‑live.
• Produce process documentation and knowledge articles.
