Job summary

Presidio is seeking an IT Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and technology teams. You will drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in software development environments, strong SQL, Salesforce, Power BI, and experience with Dynamics 365 F&O/Certinia. This remote role covers the Continental US with 5% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in BA/CS/Business/MIS.
3+ years as a business analyst on software development teams.
Strong working knowledge of SQL, Salesforce, Power BI, and technical writing.

Responsibilities

Elicit, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
Translate needs into functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and QA to implement requirements.
Conduct gap analyses, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for changes.
Lead workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders.
Analyze existing processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
Support UAT with test scenarios and defect tracking; ensure issues are resolved.
Create BRD, functional specs, and workflow diagrams; maintain documentation.
Provide post-implementation support for systems, processes, and applications.
