Our client is seeking a Business Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise and insurance domain experience to support the delivery of a modernized digital sales and CRM platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable, implementable solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring both analytical strength and practical configuration capability within Dynamics 365.
Role Summary
The Business Analyst will serve as the key bridge between business users and technical delivery teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, well-structured, and effectively translated into system configuration and design. You will contribute directly to solution delivery by supporting requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and adoption activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and system requirements within insurance operations
- Translate business workflows into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (entities, forms, views, workflows, and basic automation) aligned to business needs
- Collaborate closely with solution architects and technical teams to validate design and implementation approach
- Ensure requirements are complete, actionable, and traceable through delivery lifecycle
- Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities to ensure successful solution rollout
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting CRM or enterprise platform implementations
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including configuration and customization
- Microsoft Dynamics certification required
- Strong insurance industry experience, preferably across multiple lines of business or agency management environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system design and configuration
- Strong documentation skills (requirements, process flows, functional specifications)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Exposure to Azure-based integrations or data environments
- Prior experience supporting insurance CRM or policy system implementations
