Job summary

Presidio is seeking a highly motivated IT Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and technology teams. You will document requirements, translate them into functional specs, and support agile delivery across ERP modules such as Dynamics 365 F&O and Certinia.

This remote role, based in the Continental US with about 5% travel, focuses on optimizing processes, conducting gap analyses, and ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements in Agile environments.
• Experience supporting end users and business processes in ERP/CRM.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specs and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed changes.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements gathering sessions.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios, tracking defects, and ensuring issues are resolved.
• Prepare documentation such as BRD, functional specifications, and related artifacts.
