Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years as a business analyst on software development teams.
- Strong SQL, Salesforce, Power BI, and technical writing skills.
- Advanced MS Office tools & Visio/LucidChart.
- Proficient in Agile; experience with AzureDevops & Jira.
- Experience with ERP/CRM/PSA integrations.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
- Translate needs into functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with Architects, Developers, QA to implement requirements.
- Conduct gap analyses, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions; manage priorities.
- Support UAT with test scenarios and defect tracking.
- Prepare BRD, functional specs, and workflow diagrams.
