Job summary

Presidio seeks a detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to guide strategic initiatives and optimize business processes in a dynamic, Agile environment. You will gather requirements from stakeholders, translate them into functional specs and user stories, and collaborate with architects, developers, and QA to ensure successful implementations.

Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O or Certinia is highly valued. You will support end users across ERP/CRM tools while driving process improvements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years as a business analyst on software teams.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, Salesforce, Power BI, and technical writing.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and diagramming tools.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and board tools (AzureDevops & Jira).
• Understanding of project management.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/PSA integrations and major deployments.
• 2-4 years with Dynamics 365 F&O/Certinia modules.
• Strong analytical, strategic, problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and elicitation.
• Ability to simplify complex systems for decision-making.
• Capability to manage multiple concurrent work streams.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience conducting interviews, workshops, discovery sessions.
• Ability to build relationships with business units and executives.
• Adaptable in fast-changing environments.
• Broad business/technical knowledge linking people, processes, tools.
• Finance/accounting systems experience is a plus.
• Direct support for end users in Dynamics 365 or Certinia modules.
• Other tools: Salesforce, CPQ, Vertex, ExFlow, Xait.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements.
• Translate needs into functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
• Partner with architects, developers, and QA to implement requirements.
• Conduct gap analyses, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
• Lead workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyze current processes and propose efficiency improvements.
• Support UAT with test scenarios and defect tracking.
• Create BRD, functional specs, and workflow diagrams.
• Provide post-implementation system and process support.
