Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/Force.com platform is preferred.
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and XML.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to capture stakeholders’ needs and translate them into requirements.
• Document current and future-state processes and use cases for AI-enabled automation.
• Create functional specifications, test scenarios, and assist QA and UAT.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure clear documentation.
• Support deployment, measure outcomes, and monitor success metrics.
