Job summary

AI Fire is seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to optimize and evolve our NetSuite environment as part of migrating from D365 to NetSuite. The role blends business process expertise, system configuration, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure finance and operations are aligned and efficient.

You will serve as the primary NetSuite functional owner, configuring workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as NetSuite analyst/consultant/administrator.
• Strong accounting/finance module knowledge.
• Experience configuring NetSuite dashboards and saved searches.
• Proficient in AP/AR automation workflows.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite functional ownership for modules and workflows.
• Configure, test, and deploy NetSuite enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions.
• Manage roles, permissions, and audit controls.
• Lead UAT cycles and support go-live activities.
