Sunlight Financial LLC seeks an experienced IT Business Analyst to partner with business units, gather requirements, and map processes for AI-enabled automation. You will work with solution architects to produce clear specifications, support QA and UAT, and ensure compliance throughout delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in IT business analysis within financial services, strong analytical skills, and Salesforce/Force.com familiarity (certification preferred).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Admin, Accounting, CS or related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in IT, preferably in financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with multi-angle problem solving.
• Hands-on, fast-paced team environment experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Force.com platform; certification preferred.
• Understanding of UX design and content processes.
• Experience documenting requirements for AI, automation, or workflow tools is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the business to capture stakeholder needs and compliance implications.
• Document business requirements, use cases, and process maps for solution development.
• Translate processes into AI agent requirements with review points and escalation paths.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to produce clear functional specs.
• Provide test scenarios to QA and lead UAT and sign-off with sponsors and Compliance.
• Validate delivered functionality with business and Compliance during deployment.
