Job summary
Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience to support ongoing system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into technical requirements and ensure successful delivery of D365 solutions.
The role requires hands-on Dynamics 365 experience (Insights & Journeys preferred), solid requirements gathering, and facilitation skills within a fast-paced,
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Insights and Journeys experience preferred).
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, documentation (requirements, user stories), and process mapping.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
- Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting UAT, defect tracking, and release cycles.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business needs into technical requirements for D365 solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and tech teams to optimize workflows.
- Support ongoing system enhancements, integrations, and delivery of D365 solutions.
- Assist with UAT, defect tracking, and release cycles.
