Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience to support ongoing system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into technical requirements and ensure successful delivery of D365 solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Insights and Journeys experience preferred).
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, documentation (requirements, user stories), and process mapping.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting UAT, defect tracking, and release cycles.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and tech teams to optimize workflows.

An enterprise client is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support ongoing system enhancements, integrations, and business process improvements. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and ensure successful delivery of D365 solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong experience working within the Dynamics ecosystem (Insights & Journeys), excels in translating business needs into technical requirements, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Benefits for this position include health, dental, vision, etc. The expected pay rate is between $40-$45 an hour based on experience.
