Job summary

Planet Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to support IT projects in the public sector by gathering requirements, performing data analysis, and delivering executive-ready documentation and artifacts.

You will liaise between business leadership and IT, leveraging Microsoft 365 tools and AI-enabled approaches to drive value, adoption, and timely delivery across our engagements. This role supports remote work within the United States.

Qualifications

• 5 years of IT project support experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (O365) for project management and stakeholder communication.
• Experience integrating AI technologies to improve outcomes and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs within an M365 environment to support delivery teams.
• Create executive documentation including BRDs, user guides, onboarding instructions.
• Conduct interviews with customers and participate in workshops with Planet SMEs for documentation.
• Gather and document functional and user experience requirements (stakeholder analysis).
• Assist in expanding Planet’s portfolio by developing case studies and playbooks.
