Job summary

Colonial Group, Inc. is seeking an IT Business Analyst – Commercial to partner with Sales, Credit, and Customer Service, gathering and translating business requirements for Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and related tools in a multi-site environment.

You will analyze data, produce reports, support testing and deployment of system changes, and help implement AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency across locations, including Savannah.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Sales, Customer Service, Credit, or commercial operations.
• Experience in system implementations, project management, and end-user training.
• 2+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales/CS) and Power Automate preferred.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business or equivalent mix of education, experience.
• Proficient with Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, create reports, and drive program performance.
• Document business requirements and translate to functional specs.
• Collaborate with sales, credit, and customer service teams.
• Support system upgrades and testing for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
• Identify automation opportunities including AI-assisted workflows.
