Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Applications team, supporting enterprise systems and ERP implementations across multiple sites. You will focus on Dynamics 365, Acumatica, reporting, and business process improvements to drive efficiency.

You will gather requirements, automate processes, and work with vendors to deliver integrations, upgrades, and migrations, while building SOPs and user guides for end users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business applications or enterprise systems.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM experience.
• Strong SQL skills, including troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Knowledge of business process improvement and requirements gathering.
• Comfortable managing vendors and working with business stakeholders.
• Experience delivering application implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Acumatica experience is a plus.
• Snowflake experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of business applications and help drive digital transformation across the business.
• Support and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365, Acumatica, and other core business applications
• Play a key role in the ongoing Dynamics 365 rollout and future system enhancements
• Troubleshoot application and data issues, performing root cause analysis using SQL
• Build and maintain reports using Power BI while supporting ad hoc business reporting requests
• Gather business requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI
• Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and system documentation
• Partner with external vendors on integrations, upgrades, and application support
• Deliver system implementations, upgrades, and migrations across multiple business units
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
