Tile seeks a business-oriented IP attorney with 5+ years in IP portfolio management and transactional work to join the Legal team. You will lead patent and trademark portfolios, direct outside counsel, and advise on open source, licensing, and IP-related agreements.

You will report to the Deputy General Counsel for Commercial, Litigation & IP, collaborating with Finance, Product, Privacy, Engineering, and Marketing.

Qualificações

• Advising on trademark, patent, and open source matters.
• Experience guiding IP strategy in high-growth consumer tech.
• Ability to negotiate complex IP-related contracts and licenses.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the patent portfolio with outside counsel and internal clients.
• Develop and manage the trademark portfolio and enforcement efforts.
• Advise on IP transactions including licensing and portfolio strategy.
• Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements.
• Provide guidance on open source licenses.
• Support IP due diligence in corporate transactions.
