Fish & Richardson, the premier global intellectual property law firm, is seeking a Docketing Specialist to join The Hub, our remote-first team. The role handles USPTO and foreign patent docketing and requires occasional in-office meetings.

Candidates should have 3+ years of US or foreign IP docketing experience, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with docketing workflows. FoundationIP is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years US and/or Foreign IP patent docketing experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of docketing patent processes.
• Ability to identify issues and proactively solve problems.
• Professional conduct and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Accurately review and process USPTO and foreign patent documents and client-related correspondence in the docketing system according to procedures.
• Process intake and docketing of large volumes of documents with high accuracy and within daily productivity goals.
• Monitor daily docket of deadlines and ensure deadlines are met and the system is updated.
• Provide auditing services for matters and docketed actions to ensure data quality.
