Blank Rome LLP seeks an experienced IP Docketing Specialist to manage foreign and domestic patent, trademark, and copyright docketing using FoundationIP. This position offers a remote arrangement and requires residence in one of the states where Blank Rome maintains an office; report to the IP Docketing Supervisor, with salary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IP docketing experience.
• Experience with foreign and domestic patent and trademark prosecution.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Open new matters and input records into FoundationIP for foreign and domestic IP.
• Enter due dates from correspondence into the docketing system.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to meet deadlines.
• Ensure docketing accuracy per CFR requirements for IP.
• Generate and provide attorney and client reports.
• Process filings and update the docketing system daily.
• Stay current with USPTO, PCT, Madrid Protocol and other IP rules.
• Transfer cases in and out of the firm as needed.
• Collaborate with IP Docketing team on special projects.
• Work additional hours as needed.
