Job summary

Wegman Partners, an Atlanta-based intellectual property boutique law firm, seeks an experienced IP Docketing Specialist to maintain the accuracy of the docketing system and ensure deadlines are met. Responsibilities include generating/editing reports, updating deadlines and filings, and maintaining confidentiality while coordinating with attorneys, staff, and clients.

IP docketing systems experience is required; Foundation IP a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with IP docketing systems is required.
• Familiarity with Foundation IP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and edit reports from IP docketing software.
• Update deadlines and filings in the system.
• Maintain positive contact with attorneys, staff, and clients while ensuring confidentiality of the Docket Department.
• Ensure completeness of docketing documents received from USPTO.
• Provide detailed, accurate information to IP attorneys and staff.

This firm has low turnover, a collegial atmosphere. Experience with IP docketing systems is required, experience with Foundation IP a +.
