Responsibilities include reviewing correspondence from USPTO and foreign agencies, maintaining docket logs, and keeping IP records current in PATTSY and the firm's management system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Intellectual Property docketing experience focused on trademarks.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and international trademark docketing requirements and deadlines.
• Excellent proofreading, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Review correspondence from USPTO and foreign agencies and distribute according to procedures.
• Maintain trademark docket portfolios and ensure daily docket clearance and accurate filing logs.
• Monitor domestic and international trademark deadlines and docket calendars.
• Ensure accurate docketing of documents from USPTO and other sources.
• Maintain docket records and prepare reports as required.
• Save client documents in the IP management system and upload to matter records.
