Job summary

New Season is seeking Telecounselors to provide individual and group counseling via a HIPAA-compliant video platform across the United States. You will join a multidisciplinary team and complete clinical documentation within required timeframes while adhering to state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a Human Services related field and independent licensure (LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW) in the state to be supported.
Florida independent licensure (LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW) required at time of hire.
Knowledge/experience in substance abuse, Intensive Outpatient, Group, and telecounseling.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

Performs individual and group counseling with assigned patients via synchronous video communication.
Educates patients in treatment, health issues and steps to recovery.
Completes patient telecounseling documentation within required time frames.
Maintains reading and understanding of policy manuals; ensures compliance with confidentiality regulations.
