Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a U.S. Ion Endoluminal Territory Associate to support early adoption of the Ion platform, expand access to minimally invasive care, and develop KOLs and programs highlighting clinical and economic value.

Responsibilities include training support, procedural guidance, and collaboration with sales teams to integrate Ion at new sites, with travel up to 60% and proximity to a major airline hub.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, leadership, or clinical experience.
• Ability to manage complexity in a changing environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% and be near a major airline hub.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and progression through learning curves.
• Support training activities including in-services, training labs, first case series, and development of teams.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with Endoluminal Sales Representatives to integrate Ion at new sites and ensure ongoing utilization.
• Capture user and procedural data to create benchmarking metrics.
• Coordinate with daVinci sales teams for alignment and communication with stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks, SFDC, expense reports, etc.
