Job summary

Intuitive Surgical in the United States is seeking a U.S. ION Endoluminal Territory Associate to support early adoption of the Ion platform, expanding access to minimally invasive care for lung biopsy.

You will assist new users, facilitate training, and help build programs with KOLs. The role requires clinical or sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with hospital staff and physicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year sales, leadership, or clinical experience.
• Ability to manage complexity and adapt to change.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and reside near a major airline hub.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through learning curves.
• Support training activities including in-services, labs, and first-case series.
• Develop KOLs and programs to highlight clinical and economic value of Ion.
• Collaborate with sales teams to integrate Ion at new customer sites and ensure ongoing utilization.
• Capture data for QTI and benchmarking metrics.
