Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a U.S. ION Endoluminal Territory Associate to support the early adoption of the Ion platform, promote safe learning curves, and develop KOLs and programs that demonstrate clinical and economic value.

The role focuses on expanding access to minimally invasive care for lung biopsy with cross-functional collaboration. You will train new users, work with ESRs and hospital staff, and help integrate Ion at new sites while ensuring ongoing system utilization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, leadership, or clinical experience.
• Ability to manage complexity in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and progress.
• Assist training activities including in-services, labs, first case series.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with ESRs and senior hospital staff to integrate Ion at new sites.
• Capture and analyze user and procedural data for benchmarking metrics.
• Coordinate with daVinci sales teams to align with stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks including SFDC and expense reporting.
