Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a U.S. ION Endoluminal Territory Associate to support early adoption of the Ion platform, focusing on new user onboarding, training, and program development in lung biopsy applications.

You will collaborate with hospital staff and ESRs to demonstrate clinical, economic, and strategic value, while managing data capture and coordinating with regional sales teams. 60% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year sales, leadership, or clinical experience.
• Ability to manage complexity and adapt to change.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% and be located near a major airline hub.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through learning curves.
• Support training activities including in-services, training labs, first case series, and program development.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with ESRs and senior hospital staff to integrate Ion at new sites and ensure ongoing utilization.
• Capture data for QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Coordinate with daVinci sales teams for alignment with stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks and SFDC submissions.
