Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. seeks a U.S. ION Endoluminal Territory Associate to support early adoption of the Ion platform in expanding access to minimally invasive care for lung biopsy.

You will help develop KOLs and programs demonstrating clinical, economic, and strategic value, while collaborating with sales to implement plans at new customer sites. The role emphasizes procedural support, training, data capture, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure ongoing utilization of Ion systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year sales experience, leadership experience or clinical experience.
• Ability to travel up to 60% and located near a major airline hub.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through learning curves.
• Support training activities including in-services, training labs, and first case series.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with Endoluminal Sales Representatives and hospital staff to integrate Ion at new sites.
• Capture and analyze user data for benchmarking metrics.
• Coordinate with daVinci sales teams for alignment and communication.
• Manage administrative tasks and SFDC records.
