Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a U.S. ION Endoluminal Territory Associate to support early adoption of the Ion platform by enabling safe, effective use and program development at new sites. The role emphasizes building KOL relationships, data capture, and collaboration with hospital leadership.

You will train teams, develop programs, and work with ESRs and sales to demonstrate clinical, economic, and strategic value of Ion while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales, leadership, or clinical experience.
• Ability to manage complexity and adapt to change.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and reside near a major airline hub.
• Knowledge of Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and learning.
• Support training activities including in-services, labs, and first-case series.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with ESRs and senior staff to integrate Ion at new sites and ensure ongoing utilisation.
• Capture user and procedural data to generate KPI benchmarks (QTI).
• Coordinate with da Vinci sales teams for alignment with stakeholders.
• Handle administrative tasks and SFDC and expense reporting.
