Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a U.S. ION Endoluminal Territory Associate to advance early adoption of the Ion platform and expand access to minimally invasive care for lung biopsy.

You will provide procedural support, assist training labs, develop clinical programs and KOLs, and coordinate with sales to integrate Ion at new sites, traveling up to 60%. This role requires a bachelor’s degree and strong communication, with ability to manage change in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, leadership experience or clinical experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through learning curves.
• Support training activities including in-services, training labs, first case series, and team/program development.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with Endoluminal Sales Representatives and hospital staff for plan development and site integration.
• Capture user and procedural data to create QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Coordinate with daVinci sales teams to align with stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks and SFDC submissions.
