Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage client invoicing, collections, and intercompany billing in a fully remote environment. You will coordinate with BTS Account Managers, audit expenses, and perform financial analyses to support client orders and contracts.

The role requires invoicing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work remotely via Slack and email. Familiarity with multi-currency transactions is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in invoicing is a MUST.
• Ability to work in a remote environment while staying connected via Slack and email throughout the working day
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Problem identification and problem-solving ability
• Experience with multiple currencies is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare client invoices and supporting documentation for client orders and contracts
• Conduct collection activities for assigned clients based on payment terms
• Manage internal and external communications with clients and BTS Account Managers
• Audit employee expenses and follow up with consultants as needed
• Assist with vendor invoice processing, including obtaining approvals, recording payables and making vendor payments
• Assist with intercompany invoicing
• Perform financial analysis, reconciliations and special projects as directed
