Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a finance professional to partner with client-facing account teams for a portfolio of clients in Kansas. The role focuses on billing leadership, accounts receivable monitoring, and project budget health, with revenue recognition and ad hoc reporting responsibilities.

You will collaborate across the Accounting & Finance team, implement process improvements, and support general ledger activities. A strong Excel skill set and a proactive, confidential approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a finance partner to client-facing account teams for a portfolio of clients
• Lead the billing process and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection
• Monitor overall project budget health
• Perform revenue recognition
• Prepare ad hoc project reporting and analysis
• Assist with media buy management, including media billing and reconciliations
• Handle ad hoc general ledger responsibilities, including reporting and analysis
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Provide backup for other team members as necessary
• Work across the Accounting & Finance team
