Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven experience in billing, account finance, or agency operations

Responsibilities

• Manage the full financial lifecycle of assigned client accounts
• Serve as the primary finance point of contact and source of truth for the client portfolio
• Partner with Account Leads to understand client budget structures and translate SOWs and media plans into billing milestones
• Lead client finance onboarding and initial setup in financial systems
• Review budgets and billing status weekly with Account Leads
• Draft quarterly billing schedules and secure Finance and Account Lead sign-offs
• Drive the invoice lifecycle for assigned clients
• Manage month-end and quarter-end work-in-progress and lead reconciliation meetings
• Ensure invoice formats, descriptions, and amounts are client-ready and delivered on schedule
• Respond to client financial questions and escalates or resolve inquiries
• Facilitate weekly client-team standups on budget versus actuals
• Set up and distribute weekly Open AR reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Acknowledge client inquiries within 48 hours
• Support the Director of Finance with training initiatives and billing-process presentations
• Identify and implement Billing Team process and communication improvements
