Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Default Invoice Coordinator I to work remotely from home. You will review invoices for approval, confirm that amounts reflect work completed, and ensure compliance with agency and company rules.

The role requires attention to detail, accurate data entry, and timely processing in a fast-paced setting. You will also resolve discrepancies with vendors, stay current on servicing requirements, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
• Billing/invoicing experience (6–12 months) is a plus.
• Understanding of default mortgage servicing documents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for compliance with allowable amounts.
• Verify supporting docs reflect actual work performed.
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors promptly.
• Adhere to FHA/VA/USDA servicing requirements.
