Qualifications

• Experience in a related office environment and handling detailed documents.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze submitted expenses for payment, confirming they can be charged to loans.
• Gather and evaluate whether supporting documentation meets Insurer and Investor rules or guidelines.
• Participate in annual system testing when software releases occur.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects to maintain/update processes.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for documentation as needed.
