Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a talented Invoice Business Analyst to help prepare monthly, quarterly, and milestone-based invoices for the Connecticut Medicaid account. You will collect and organize invoice backups, maintain billing trackers, and support timely invoice preparation while collaborating with Finance and account leadership.

The role requires 2–4 years in admin/billing or related, strong Excel/Outlook/Word/Teams skills, and meticulous data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in an admin, billing, finance, project coordination, or business support role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and compile invoice support information and billing documentation from various departments.
• Maintain invoice tracking spreadsheets, billing records, modification hours, and electronic invoice backups.
• Reconcile billing data and source documents for accuracy, and follow up on missing information.
• Track invoice due dates and provide billing status updates to Finance and leadership.
• Assist with audits and other account-related administrative duties.
