Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Invoice Business Analyst for a remote US role supporting the Connecticut Medicaid account. You will collect invoice information, maintain billing trackers, and ensure timely backup and processing of invoices, while supporting audits and administrative duties as needed.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in administrative or billing roles, strong MS Office skills, excellent organization, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of administrative, billing, finance, project coordination, or business support experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and compile invoice support information and billing documentation.
• Maintain invoice tracking spreadsheets, billing records, and documentation.
• Reconcile billing data and verify source documents for accuracy.
• Track invoice due dates and provide status updates to Finance and leadership.
• Assist with audits and process-improvement initiatives.
