Job summary

Embedded Shishya is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Reconciliation Coordinator to support daily reconciliation between 3PL warehouses and NetSuite. You will review automated tasks, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate NetSuite records while coordinating with warehouse partners.

The role offers a remote, part-time schedule with potential for increased hours as volume grows, and a focus on timely, accurate inventory control across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory reconciliation, supply chain, logistics, or a related function.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience with ClickUp is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and triage daily inventory discrepancies between 3PL warehouse partners and NetSuite.
• Work through automated reconciliation tasks received overnight and follow up on outstanding items.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to obtain supporting documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Create and update NetSuite records for clear-cut inventory reconciliation items.
• Identify discrepancies with potential financial impact and escalates them to the appropriate internal team.
• Complete daily fulfillment posting activities.
• Conduct a weekly purchase order (PO) alignment review.
• Track multiple open reconciliation items across facilities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
