Job summary

VirtuHire is seeking an Inventory & Supply Chain Analyst to own stock reconciliations, investigate variances, and drive data-backed improvements across a fast-paced international e-commerce operation.

The role spans finance, inventory, and supply chain, requiring expert Excel skills and experience with Amazon and other end-consumer channels. You will partner across teams to optimize replenishment and stock controls in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and supply chain analysis across multiple systems.
• Strong Excel skills to pull, reconcile and structure large data sets.
• Experience with Amazon or other e-commerce inventory environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with stock reconciliations, replenishment and warehouse transfers.

Responsibilities

• Own stock and inventory reconciliations across systems, warehouses and channels.
• Investigate discrepancies and provide root-cause explanations and corrective actions.
• Reconcile Amazon inventory and ledger reports against internal records.
• Monitor stock movements during transfers and support month-end reconciliation.
• Produce clear inventory reporting for management and cross-functional teams.
