Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking an Inventory Control professional to perform daily cycle counts and reconciliations across multiple data center sites. You will post WMS-adjustments, verify entries, and maintain accurate records with root-cause documentation.

The role supports remote work from the United States and requires strong WMS experience including SAP EWM, NetSuite, and Manhattan. You will manage after-action notes, drive accuracy in stock levels (min/max), and coordinate with site leads to close

Qualifications

• You've done cycle counts and variance reconciliation as a daily job in a WMS.
• You work a documented procedure the same way every day and flag when needed.
• You find wrong rows with lookups and dedupe checks and catch errors.
• You've posted adjustments and transfers in an inventory system with reason codes and know postings needing sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily cycle count reconciliation for five data center sites and warehouses from the WMS count export.
• Post the WMS corrections, quantity adjustments with reason codes, and log root cause/resolution for each row.
• Request same-day recounts and bin checks with site contacts and verify corrections land in the system.
• Triage below-minimum and zero-on-hand alerts, maintain min/max values, and escalate as needed.
• Prepare system-pulled inputs for daily customer count report and weekly accuracy review; address the 17,000+ serialized assets backlog.
