Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Inventory Reconciliation Specialist to join our production/refurbishment operations. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production and shipping, and ensuring smooth month-end and quarter-end processes.

The position is onsite with an entry-level background in manufacturing or warehousing. Strong Excel skills and ERP/Oracle familiarity are valued as you contribute to cycle counts, reports, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Education: GED or High School Diploma is required.
• Experience: Prior inventory counting/reconciliation experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, or production environment.
• Proficiency: Excel and PowerPoint; Oracle/ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Perform bin checks and maintain reliable inventory balances
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies within ERP systems (Oracle experience ideal)
• Investigate variances and analyze inventory movements alongside cross-functional teams
• Generate weekly inventory reports for business and senior management
• Follow all warehouse procedures and support production escalations related to inventory
• Assist in shipping activities during high-volume periods (overtime required)
