Job summary

REPS & Co. is seeking a full-time Inventory Processing Specialist for a remote role in the United States. You will join the Quality Control team to ensure ticket inventory is accurate and disclosures are correct.

Daily tasks include learning company systems, auditing listings, and processing orders and refunds. The ideal candidate has strong data-entry skills, attention to detail, and solid knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

• Excellent data entry skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with teammates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Learn complex, company-specific processes and software to perform duties.
• Audit inventory and ensure listings are accurate and compliant.
• Attach PDFs to listings and add disclosures for customers.
• Research, track, and document orders not entered in POS and correct as needed.
• Perform refund tracking and other duties as required.
