Job summary

VISION RX LAB AMERICA is seeking a Remote Order and Inventory Operation Analyst to oversee digital inventory tracking, manage order flows, and ensure accurate supply chain data. This role includes analyzing inventory levels, conducting remote audits, developing training materials, and preparing reports for management.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with inventory or order management systems, and excellent communication abilities for coordinating across remote teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, supply chain analysis, logistics, or order operations (remote or warehouse preferred).
• Proficiency with inventory management systems, ERP platforms, and data analysis tools.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• High accuracy in data entry, auditing, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Order & inventory tracking: Maintain accurate digital records of inventory locations, stock levels, and order pipelines
• Data analysis & auditing: Perform remote audits, reconcile discrepancies, and analyze stock trends to improve fulfillment efficiency
• Process & policy optimization: Review and refine inventory and order management procedures based on best practices
• Reporting & insights: Prepare reports on inventory turnover, supply chain bottlenecks, and shrinkage, providing actionable recommendations
• Logistics coordination: Work with vendors, shipping partners, and internal teams to manage fulfillment, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues
• Training & documentation: Train staff on inventory software, order workflows, and data management policies
• Compliance: Ensure operational workflows meet company safety policies and regulatory standards
