Fluidstack is seeking an Inventory/Controls Specialist to execute daily cycle counts and reconciliations across multiple data center sites. You will post corrections with reason codes and log root causes, and coordinate same-day recounts with site contacts.

Qualifikationen

• You've done cycle counts and variance reconciliation in a WMS on a daily basis.
• You follow documented procedures, flag deviations, and take action.
• You can identify rows with lookups, pivots, dedupe, and checks.
• You've posted adjustments and transfers with reason codes and sign-off rules.
• You’ve worked with warehouse teams to recount a bin and close the loop.
• You maintain a seven-day cadence remotely from the operation you support.

• Execute daily cycle count reconciliation for five data center sites and warehouses, seven days a week.
• Post WMS corrections with reason codes and log root causes until closed.
• Request same-day recounts and bin checks; ensure corrections land in the system.
• Triage below-minimum or zero-on-hand alerts and maintain min/max values.
• Prepare inputs for daily customer count reports and weekly accuracy reviews.
