Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control specialist to perform daily cycle counts and variance reconciliation across multiple data center sites. You will follow established procedures, post adjustments with proper reason codes, and log root causes to close variances.

The role requires coordinating with site contacts for same-day recounts, updating min/max values, and maintaining accuracy in the WMS.

Qualifications

• Experience performing daily cycle counts and variance reconciliation in a WMS environment.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and flag when a step doesn’t fit the situation.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily cycle count reconciliation for five data center sites and warehouses, processing helps per documented method.
• Post WMS corrections with reason codes and log root causes to close each variance.
• Request same-day recounts and bin checks and ensure results land in the system.
