Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory control across pharmacy operations, driving the go-to-market strategy for the unified FuzeRx brand and improving accuracy in complex operations.

You will analyze inventory data, conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and build standardized processes for receiving, dispensing, and disposition while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain/Operations.
• Strong experience with WMS, preferably Tecsys.
• Experience managing inventory in pharmacy operations, warehousing, or related settings.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, adjustments, and discrepancies.
• Proficient in root-cause analysis using inventory data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations and discrepancy investigations.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, expirations, excess inventory, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations, and KPIs; build dashboards and reports.
• Support DSCSA requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls.
